"Room was questionable on cleanliness. Mildew stains present in bathroom. & dust on top of dresser. Overall room could be renovated. View was beautiful. Staff were very helpful. No real amenities. Breakfast was okay. Bread, eggs, breakfast meat, coffee, & juice. We had a leak in the ceiling. No other rooms were available as they were at capacity. Luckily we were able to stay with family. We were refunded for that evening and subsequent nights. "

"It is a very cute property woth palm trees and hanok houses to rent. But... way too off downtown to be walkable and most dramatic, the bed was the worst we ever slept in, hard as a rock. Even by adding 2 layers of futons on it, it was painfull for our backs. Maybe Koreans used to sleep on a floor or futons wouldn’t mind, but for Westeners, a bed like that was horrible. Unfortunately, that pretty hotel is the one single mistake in a 2-weeks trip we won't do again if one day we come back to Korea....

"Booked the terrace room and liked the view and space. Cleaning ladies kept the room tidy. Parking is easy and free. A minor feedback is that the front office can learn to be more smiley and greet guests. "

"Expedia description say rooms have washer and dryer combo. This is the sole reason why I booked the room so I can wash and DRY my clothes. It’s a washer only and you have to dry your clothes on a drying rack. I stayed for one night, so I ended up not getting to wash my clothes. Also there were bugs in the room… don’t think it’s bed bugs, but both my partner and I got itchy red marks on our body after waking up…and I killed one of the bugs. Also there was no air conditioner end of March. It was...

"I enjoyed my stay very much and the sea views were very pretty. One small comment was when we asked the staff to help us find a tangerine farm experience, we reached there to find it was closed possibly since the season is over. Also SUV parking is not allowed in the hotel but there are plenty of free public parking nearby which was not an issue. "
