"Staff was extremely helpful and nice from the moment I arrived. The overall facility was clean and neat. Only thing I would note was the basin of my shower looked to be very worn like it needed to be power washed or replaced. "

"We got there at 4:30PM when the check in is at 3PM and the rooms were not ready. Then were told that our rooms have been swapped from kings to queens. We got one room and the other was made available after 20 mins. The second room was already occupied by other guests and we walked into someone else’s room given to us by the hotel staff. We then had to wait another 30 mins until the staff figured out they don’t have any rooms available and eventually gave us a different room type on another...

"Friendly staff, clean hotel and rooms. My only complaints were the bar was already closed when I got there at 8:30pm on a Friday night. No Air conditioning in the lobby, and I paid for breakfast in advanced, which was only up to $20, which only covered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and 2 drinks. I would have just went to the Waffle House down the street. I should have looked into it more, but I reserved the room in a hurry because other alofts I have been to offer much more and are lively. Late...
