"We stayed four nights occupying four units. Each apartment was unique but had all the same features. Location of the building was perfect. The rooms are quiet and spacious. You will hear the tram if you room is on that side of the building and have your windows open. A big plus for the ability to open windows. "This was a great value hotel. The location, just a couple of blocks from both the Esplanade and the Market is excellent. If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). Our takeaway - after our first Bob W experience, we will look for locations in other cities."
