When we arrive, the place did not have any running Water was unable to get in touch with anyone. Even through their rental place, they tried and couldn't get in touch with anyone. And then we had to book another place. Due to the fact that there was not able to fix the running water

Before I even checked into the property, I attempted to contact the host using the number provided, but it was not working. There was no option to leave a voicemail or send a text, which made communication difficult from the start.Upon arrival, I found that the overall cleanliness of the home did not meet expectations. Several areas appeared to need more thorough attention, which affected the initial impression of the space.Additionally, many of the electrical outlets throughout the home were not functional, particularly in the kitchen. This made it inconvenient to use basic appliances and charge devices.On a more positive note, the home does offer some good features. The rooms are a nice size, the TVs worked well, and the beds were comfortable, which made the stay somewhat more enjoyable.Overall, while there are some strengths, improvements in communication, maintenance, and cleaning would significantly enhance the experience for future guests.

The hot tub is the main reason we picked this property. The hot tub did not work. We reached out to the host multiple times without a response. We would have picked a different property had we known the hot tub was broken. We would not stay here again due to the lack of response.
