Lake Front Home w/ BOAT SLIP and Family Friendly Amenities on Lake George

Located on the majestic, quiet end of Lake George, this large 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is right on the lake, with no public roads to cross and unobstructed views of both the lake and your kids at play on the expansive lawn.

As part of an association, the grounds are meticulously maintained and include a kid-friendly beach with a shallow swim area, a playground, basketball/pickleball court, tetherball, hammocks, and large, open lawn areas. There are two docks and a float off the main beach and two additional docks and a float at a second beach about 150 feet north. A boat slip for up to a 22' long boat is available for your use, but must be reserved prior to your stay. Several local marinas will rent boats by the hour, day and week, or you may bring your own which must be registered with the Lake George Park Commission and can be done online. Two kayaks, two stand up paddle-boards and inflatable floats are available for your use.

If you want take a break from fun on the water, close by are great hiking trails, the Silver Bay YMCA with kids’ camp and day passes to access tons of activities, the quaint Hague Village, the popular Wind Chill Factory ice cream and food, and the larger Ticonderoga community for convenient shopping.

This is a two-story home with many new amenities and furnishings. The first floor has central air and includes an eat-in kitchen, a living room with a classic stone fireplace, an enclosed porch -- all with views of the lake. Also on the first floor are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a bathtub and a shower.

Upstairs is a large family room with beautiful views of the lake. It's stocked with games, toys and a 55" smart TV. The family room also has a bar area with a sink and small refrigerator, and plenty of room for kids to play on a rainy day. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The upstairs is kept cool with in-room air conditioners.

The property has outdoor patio areas with beautiful lake views for dining and relaxing, with a gas grill, a clean-burning fire stove, dining tables with umbrellas, a kids' picnic table, lawn chairs and sunbathing lounge chairs.

We stayed at the beautiful Andes House for our summer vacation this year. The house is fully stocked with whatever you might need, it is clean, well kept, and a great amount of space for all. The view from the house to the lake is ideal, the swimming area is perfect for little ones ( and us, too). The owner, Jennifer and manager Dawn were responsive and lovely. . We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return next summer.

Another Amazing Stay at the Andes House!This was our third year staying at the Andes House, and it just keeps getting better. The home is perfect for a larger family, both in size and location. Jen and Dawn have made thoughtful updates that really enhanced our stay—fresh paint, upgraded indoor and outdoor furniture, and even more additions to an already well-stocked kitchen.The community is welcoming, and the water access continues to be one of our favorite features. Jen and Dawn are wonderful hosts—excellent communicators and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We can’t wait to see what updates they make next year!

Great find right on the lake!

This was our 2nd stay at the Andes Lake House! It’s a very comfortable home with lots of space for our family. The views of the lake are spectacular! We love the location, the family fun amenities like a pickleball court, paddle boards, and kayaks. The kitchen is well stocked! Jennifer was a wonderful host, communicating easily when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

The stay was good. A couple of points; first the upstairs bedroom needs a new matress/box spring and an AC Unit. Second; the cleaning people did not clean the oven/stove top; third; the Unit could use a new grill.

Large home, great location!

This was a perfect house for our large family! Great location with spectacular views. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. The house is on the older side, but quite cozy. Jennifer does an amazing job of keeping it well stocked with anything we could have possibly needed! She was quick to reply with any questions we had. Loved that she had water craft for us to enjoy (kayaks and paddle boards). We will definitely be back!

Summer by the Lake… nothing like it!

We all had a memorable and fun vacation at the Lake. The host was responsive and helpful. The location of your property is perfect and the activities are extra fun. The house could have been a little cleaner but that is easy to remedy. We went kayaking and used their paddle board (thank you)! Our two grandchildren met two kids their age so that worked out great! Everyone in the community is very nice and friendly. The upstairs level makes for a very nice gathering place with a view of the lake. We worked a puzzle and watched movies. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic family fun!

We had a wonderful time at the Andes Lake House. It was a first time vacation where we had myself, my children and grandchildren all together for a week and we were so comfortable in this spacious home and property. I have rented through VRBO many times but I can honestly say this was the best ever. We will return. In fact, no one wanted to leave!
