"No comfortable chairs to watch tv. Nit sufficient lighting. Also, th fridge stopped working and ruined our food."

"Dead roaches on the floor. Described as a suite but was a very small single room. Breakfast poor and not as described. Parking and general property felt unsafe. No elevator to reach upper floor. Odd "decor". Overall extremely poor and beyond disappointing."

"What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. "Nothing close by to walk and not a great neighborhood. No dishes pots or pans or coffee maker nor any in lobby. Byo it no rental u will have to buy.. No thanks wasnt worth the cost of the room to not get the efficiency part.."

"The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

I don't mind double beds but I got the room because I enjoyed the kingsize bed when I originally stayed at that hotel."
