"The staff are very friendly and helpful and my room was clean. However, there were problems with the electricity that had to be fixed by shutting it off overnight. This resulted in no hot water and no elevator service the next day. I thought we ought to have received a refund on one night's stay, but that didn't happen. We got a free breakfast voucher, which I used, but now I find that my credit card has been charged for that meal anyway, something I'll have to take the time to straighten out....

"You'll get the bare minimums at this property. Although a very cool and unique location with interesting history, the rooms are minimal. Not cleaned immaculately, the gym is the bare minimum with a couple pieces of old cardio equipment. No weights. The continental breakfast is the cheapest food possible? The check-in staff speaks English and is generally helpful. But the overnight, staff and other staff do not speak Russian, no English and not able to help and dont try. The business center is...

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."
