"What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. "The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"Property was dated. Worn carpet, bathroom floors, etc. Parking on site was extremely limited and difficult to navigate."

"Dead roaches on the floor. Described as a suite but was a very small single room. Breakfast poor and not as described. Parking and general property felt unsafe. No elevator to reach upper floor. Odd "decor". Overall extremely poor and beyond disappointing."

"Breakfast was good and fresh! It was cold that night so I didn't get a chance to enjoy the outside. However, I was disappointed that I booked a king size bed and I received double beds. I don't mind double beds but I got the room because I enjoyed the kingsize bed when I originally stayed at that hotel."

"Nothing close by to walk and not a great neighborhood. No dishes pots or pans or coffee maker nor any in lobby. Byo it no rental u will have to buy.. No thanks wasnt worth the cost of the room to not get the efficiency part.."

"The rooms were a bit hot and you couldn't put the heat down lower than 72. One of the lights by the bed was broken. The gym was fine but could have used another elliptical. The breakfast was okay. There was a great hiking trail behind the hotel. That was a huge bonus."

"Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything."
