This holiday home is situated a little bit higher in an attractive holiday home area on the Baltic Sea, with panoramic windows in the direction of the Little Belt and not far from the coast on the Sønderballe beach. The modern architectural style of the house as well as the view of the water and the beautiful terrace area in the outdoor area provide an appealing setting for a relaxing holiday. The house has in the kitchen / living area a ceiling slope to the ridge and thus looks very bright and airy. The large windows offer plenty of natural light and beautiful views to the water. There are a total of three spacious bedrooms and a bright bathroom with a shower and a bath to relax. Another nice detail is the pleasant floor heating throughout the house, which is powered by an energy efficient heat pump. The house is clad on the outside with a façade of handmade slates. The window section towards the water can be fully opened and pushed to the side to bring the summer evening in the room. No rental to youth groups desired!
