Què li ha agradat: Personal i servei
The stay was okay overall, but there are several areas that need improvement, especially considering comfort and facilities.
Breakfast:
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which is a nice inclusion. However, the selection was exactly the same every day, which became repetitive after a short stay.
Staff:
The staff were a highlight of the experience. They were nice, approachable, and always willing to help when needed.
Room:
We booked a room with four single beds, and it was adequate in terms of space. However, the room felt quite outdated and could benefit from renovation.
Bathroom
The bathroom was disappointing. The toilet had visible cracks, and overall the fixtures and features felt old and worn. On a positive note, basic amenities like shampoo, soap, and a shower cap were provided.
Air Conditioning:
This was the worst part of the stay. The air conditioning was not working properly and was blowing hot air even when set to cool or fan mode. When we asked staff to check it, we were told this is how it works due to the hot air outside, which was not a satisfactory explanation.
Wardrobe:
The wardrobe was old and had an unpleasant smell, so we chose not to use it at all.
Ventilation & Surroundings:
We had to keep the windows and balcony door open to get some fresh air, but this created other issues. There was a smoking area directly below, so we often had to close them again. Additionally, flies would come into the room, making it uncomfortable.
