Hello travellers and welcome to our lovely, designer & large home in the centre of Gzira !
Upon entering our property, guests will find a lovely and spacious living area, which could easily host 8 guests in complete comfort. The guests will have also access to two balconies, one at the front and another and the back. Also available is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for short/long term rentals.
The apartment also have 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom, 2nd a double bed and a single bed and the 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 3 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and features a wash/dryer and a full bath and the others are accessible from both of the bedrooms with the double bed.

Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rules can result in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During the lovely and summer season, although he does sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early check in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Check Ins are done or by one of our team or by self check in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedules are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSAPP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. Very important notes before booking:
