"Cleanliness of the property and facilities good. Description on sleeps upto to 4 and sofa bed inside Sky Pod 1 is incorrect. The sofa is a standard sofa and only contains a double bed. When questioned with host via email I was offered a mattress for hire. When I pointed out the accommodation is advertised as standard sleeps upto 4 and the accommodation is stated sky pod 1 with a sofa bed, I received no response. Also had issues with set up of the TV. "It was a nice house, well equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. I had two pretty comfortable nights stay. My only negatives were that I found it very chilly downstairs and the shower wasn’t the best (pretty basic). "

"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. "

"Spectacular views. Clean, charming cabin, tiny but cosy and fully equipped. Welcome gifts, easy communication with lovely landlady Sarah, privacy, peaceful and serene. Hot tub was a huge bonus. Garden with furniture and bbq. Pristinely clean and safe for our small dog. Will be back. "
