"Nice property located in Minhang Hongqiao area. Hotel is well appointed and staff were all helpful. Good breakfast buffet in the morning. There are nice food options right next to and a block away."

"The hotel was perfect as it hosted the conference I was attending. It was only two stops on the metro from a huge shopping mall with lots of food choices and only 40mins from the Bund for sightseeing."

"Thermostats didn’t work. Room temperature reached to 28C. Front desk suggest to provide a fan - I was shocked to hear that. Upon refusing the fan option, changed my room. New room - window wouldn’t close so you can count how many cars passed by. In the morning AC automatically changed to heater and I woke up due to hot room. Old and hard to operate thermostat. Room size although they call it king size bad room was terrible. No sitting spot to sit and put your shoes on. Breakfast is below...

"The room you see on Expedia is not the room you will get when yoi go there. Took quiet a bit of back amd forth to get a decent room . They gave me a room just big enough for the bed and hardly any space between your bed and the toilet. I had to argue until he agreed to give me a better room "

"Por infelicidade o hotéis.com reservou um quarto para 5 pessoas com 12 camas, ao chegarmos no hotel estava agendado somente um quarto para 2 pessoas. Estavamos em 5 pessoas sendo 4 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos, 2 adultos e a criança dormiram na cama e 2 adultos no chão, por sorte levamos 2 colchões infláveis de camping "
