"We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight. The food was great, service superb, so relaxing. Our room was immaculate with an incredible view. Thank you for an amazing welcome to Sri Lanka."

"Hard to be critical as the Hotel is 'under new Management' as of November 2018 and understandably there will be some teething problems. The potential for the place is massive. A lovely building with a (potentially) very nice garden, river view, games room/lounge/bar area, and a location on the outskirts of the centre of town allowing easy access to the sights. "Worst experience ever, I booked and paid online but when I reached the property they said they let someone else to stay and can't make them leave, so asked me to go and find different property for that night and ask me to come back and stay next day, my family and kids all are left in the street. I would not recommend this property to anyone"

"This hotel ia gem 💎....very nice hotel with a swimming pool and cascade. Very clean and well decorated. It s located well outside Kandy and which was great after the visit of Kandy town with all the traffic and noises. Coming back to the hotel was so relaxing . The room is quite big and very clean.
