Hotel is completely closed without notice!

Worst experience ever. Nobody available in this hotel as they closed for 15days due to renovation without any notice for reserved customers. Glad that Taxi driver kindly took us to nearby Hotel, Best Western Skycity Hotel.

worn out hotel

galaxy used to be a great hotel but it has worn out. management has done no renovations. I had cockroaches in the room. room was no hygenic. breakfast menu is very limited.

Strange - but better for it

Design and Art is the order of this Hotel. We stayed 1 night before our flight on our way back from Agra. Quite difficult for our driver to find, but when he did, from the Room to the Bars etc in the attached Mall, we were grateful. We booked a Suite room, WOW! Fantastic roll top bath in huge glass walled bathroom, separate sleeping and dining room, both with TVs! The views leave a lot to be desired, but the very cheap room cost more than compensates. The staff here are a little aloof , and the least friendly of our stay in India, but still more friendly than many European Hotels I have stayed.

WiFi could have been much better. Had numerous issues connecting and even when I could connect it was very slow. Also in a bad location. Would not recommend this hotel for those looking for a hotel in a location they can explore. Otherwise, the hotel/room condition and service were all exceptional. The other included amenities were also a nice benefit.

Good for business travellers

Positives: Big room (750 sqft as they claim) with jacuzzi etc. Very comfortable. Gym and spa was good too. Staff polite and helpful. Negatives: VERY limited food options for room service. For all meals, need to go across to restaurants in the galaxy mall. Pool floor and sides were covered with moss, very slippery and unhygienic. Neighborhood not great, a lot of construction going on.

便宜實惠的本地知名酒店

酒店房內很大, 有網路電視可看, 頻道很多. 房內浴室是SPA浴缸, 與SPA淋浴, 可以自己在房內享受一下. 酒店同時也提供SPA, 我入住就送我了10分鐘的腳體按摩, 還可以. 早餐總類偏少, 但對比四星級來說足夠矣. 酒店外部沒啥好玩, 距離 MG Road (Metro Station) 還有段距離, 可搭 TUTU 摩托車過去, 單趟大約80~100盧比. 超過就跟司機砍價. 酒店內的日本料理餐廳還可以, 衷心推薦在印度想吃日本料理的朋友.

感想

老舗らしく建物は古かったです。 結果、設備も古く汚れが目立ちました。また、使えない設備も多く（バスタブのシャワー、電話の短縮ダイヤルは使えませんでした）最初は困惑しましたが、慣れれば問題ないです。 ただし、コストに対してどうかと言われると。。。 自分は違うホテルを使用します。

Please be aware - deceiving pictures

I am only giving this hotel a one star because the food was decent. Please be aware, the waiting staff will whisk away your plate from under your nose as you are still eating around 9.50am (breakfast is available until 10.00 am). You are literally left holding your last bit of toast over the table. You have to ask several times for a cup of tea. Very disappointed as hotel does not appear anything like the pictures on the Internet. Rooms are dismal, dusty and smell of smoke even though we were assured they were non smoking rooms. I don't think it deserves to be the rate it claims. I booked this hotel for the facilities it offers ie sauna / spa, steam room, one was not working, the other was undergoing maintenance. The hotel staff did say we could use one of the amenities but I did not want to take the risk, particularly with repair works going on. We made arrangements to move out as we felt were paying for something that was not available.

Good Hotel for Business traveler to Gurgaon

It is hotel for business people. Some what isolated & hence only business people can stay. For other holiday makers, it may not be suitable one as no much restaurants/entertainment available in & around with walking distance.

広々とした部屋でのんびりできる

洗面所など一部、古い箇所もあるが部屋は広く清潔感あり。　朝食のビュッフェは種類はあるが、味はいまいち・・・。　ほかにもレストランや商店街もあるので、夜の食事は楽しめるかも。

Disappointing

I had booked this as a staycation for my husband and me to getaway within Gurgaon and Galaxy mall being a nice place to window shop... however, the experience at the hotel was below what we expected. The lady at the reception Meenakshi was a little curt with us and asked the question "You don't carry business cards?" with sarcasm when my husband and I told her we weren't carrying any. It was rude. In the room the bed cover had stains. The TV channel listing was long with the actual channels that worked being less than 5. The IT Manager who came to our room told us they were making changes in most rooms to the setupbox system - we asked if we could be moved to another room - he called the reception (Meenakshi again) telling her about the room change request. She told him she would get back to us and we never heard from anyone again. All in all... a disappointment
