Luxury tiny house with hot tub and private deck!

  • Welcome to the beautiful Highland Cottages at Lake Guntersville! Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. Pamper yourself at the beautiful vanity with all the items needed to make you look and feel your best. Included are a hair dryer, makeup mirror, complimentary soaps and lotions, and the softest towels we could find. The deck and hot tub complete the experience!

    Whispering Pines is truly a couples dream! Enjoy a romantic evening with your favorite person in the heart shaped hot tub or relax with a drink on the deck. This cottage even has an outdoor shower for an unforgettable experience. The string lights surrounding the deck add to the mood. Whispering Pines has it all!

    Note: All reservations include a non-refundable 4% credit card fee.
    IN CASE OF EMERGENCY THERE IS A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THE CABINET IN THE BATHROOM AND A FIRST AID KIT IN THE CABINET TO THE LEFT OF THE FRIDGE.

    The drinks in the fridge are complimentary. Help yourself!

    The AC/heat is operated by the white remote.

    To fill the water for coffee or tea use the big bottle under the counter in the cabinet. Do not fill from the sink.

    There are bathrobes to wear to the hot tub. Please leave them unfolded if used. The hot tub cover must be replaced as soon as you get out to prevent leaves and pine needles from getting in the tub. NO EATING IN THE HOT TUB PLEASE

    To lock the door pull the lever up and turn the knob (inside) or key (outside).

    The cottages are quite private but this is a shared community. If you are staying multiple nights you may see housekeeping servicing other cabins in the vicinity as well as other guests coming and going.

    To check out, leave all your used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor, put all your trash in the trash can, dishes in sink, turn off lights and lock up. Return the key to the lockbox.

Exceeded expectations

This property was absolutely adorable, every detail was covered for our stay even down to the fresh bread that was waiting on us. The cleanliness and attention to detail was impeccable. It truly felt like we were completely away from everything and living in luxury for a night. I can’t say enough about it. We thoroughly enjoyed it and Hated to leave!

Peaceful and thoughtful

This spot had us wishing we had added a few days to our stay. The hot tub was a perfect romantic, calm night for a couple just looking to get away. We went to city harbor for dinner- highly recommended that area to eat. The robes and towel warmer were a nice touch. We will be back for sure!

Guntersville getaway

Very nice little cabins. Clean and well kept. Doug was helpful and very easy to get a hold of with any questions. Weather was perfect for the hot tub on the deck. Close enough to town that it’s easy to get to, but just far enough to be nice and quiet. Highly recommended.
