"Das Zimmer war ausreichend sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings fehlten viele der Ausstattungsmerkmale, die in der Beschreibung angegeben waren. Der Kundenservice war erreichbar und hielt Kontakt, reagierte jedoch recht langsam. Die Lage war gut und in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren."
