LAYOUT: This condo has 2 MASTER BEDROOMS, one on each end of the home. Both Master's have comfortable King beds. In between is a middle bedroom with a Queen Bed. Each bedroom has a private in-suite bath. The South master bath can also be accessed through the living/dining area. The living room has a New Queen Sleeper Couch with a Tempur-Pedic Mattress. The condo can comfortably sleep eight people. We just added added Gel Mattress Toppers to the King beds and 700 thread count Egyptian Cotton Sheets to insure everyone gets a good night's sleep. The South Master Bath has a NEW CUSTOM BUILT WALK IN SHOWER. The North Master Bath has a TV with a NEW DEEP SOAKING TUB WITH SHOWER, and a window viewing the Bay. The condo has HIGH-RESOLUTION SMART HD TV’s, CABLE, STREAMING, complimentary WI-FI, New Tile, Paint, and NO POPCORN CEILINGS. Being a WEST-END CORNER Three Bedroom, the home has ONE ADDITIONAL BALCONY, THREE ADDITIONAL WINDOWS, AND TWO ADDITIONAL SLIDING GLASS DOORS. When the blinds are up and the doors are open, extra windows and doors fill the home with SUNLIGHT, VIEWS, REFRESHING GULF BREEZEs, and the SOUNDS OF THE BEACH AND SURF. To be sure you enjoy your vacation with us, no expense has been spared. Our condo features a NEW FULLY-STOCKED KITCHEN WITH STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES INCLUDING A SIDE BY SIDE SS REFRIGERATOR PROVIDING FILTERED ICE AND WATER. The galley kitchen opens into the living area so you won't miss anything when preparing meals. You'll use NICE DISHWARE, SILERWARE, COOKWARE, GLASSES, AND UNENSILS THAT MAKE MEALS WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS ENJOYABLE. In the morning you can enjoy a cup of coffee watching the Sunrise from the dining/living area or the LARGE BEACHFRONT BALCONY. The Beachside balcony can be accessed through the living room or the South Master bedroom. It will easily accommodate eight to ten people. In the evening you will enjoy watching the Sunset from the Beachfront and Bayside balconies.

SPECIAL FEATURES:

PRIVATE BALCONIES ON EACH END provide Terrific Views of the Beach and Gulf on the South Side and the Bay on the North Side. You can watch the Sun begin to set from the Beach/Gulf-side balcony (PIC), then watch the culmination from the bay-side balcony as the Sun slowly disappears behind the bay (PIC).

ZERO-ENTRY POOL: (SEE PICS) Aside from enjoying the SUGAR WHITE SAND AND TURQUOISE WATER of the Gulf of Mexico just a few feet from Ocean House, you'll want to EXPERIENCE OUR CUSTOM MADE ZERO-ENTRY POOL - BUILT-IN SEATING/WATERFALLS, 2 KIDDIE POOLS, SHADED SEATING AREA, and UNDERWATER LIGHTS THAT CREATE A BEAUTIFUL EFFECT AT NIGHT AS THEY CHANGE THE POOL FROM GREEN to RED to PURPLE.

COMPLIMENTS OF OWNER: 6 BEACH CHAIRS, WAVE BOARDS, AND KID'S SAND TOYS are in the unlocked balcony closet. Cards and Board Games are in the TV stand in the living room.

LOCATION: Ocean House is conveniently located 1 mile from Hgy 59 and the Hangout. You'll be able to walk to the numerous restaurants, activities, and entertainment venues located close-by.

There is a $30.00 parking fee per car. You will pay at the guard house in the parking lot. Parking is limited to two cars per condo during peak periods. The guard will provide a parking pass good for the duration of your stay and wrist bands for each member of your party to identify them as Ocean House guests when enjoying the pool and beach.
