This modern house in Arcachon style offers generous spaces and can accommodate two couples and four children. You will find a master suite with a large double bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and en-suite toilets, opening onto the terrace and spa. A second bedroom features two single beds configurable as a double, with the option for separate beds and linens, also opening onto the pool and spa. The third bedroom, dedicated to children, includes two bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a single bed, all comfortable.



The exterior is carefully designed: ipe wood terraces and large glass doors with brick partitions. The heated pool is accessible from May to September if the outside temperature exceeds 20°C, and the hot tub is available year-round at 38°C. A pétanque court is at your disposal.



Located in a peaceful setting, the house offers an ideal environment for relaxation and outdoor activities. La Hume beach, popular for kitesurfing, is three minutes away by car. The local tennis club offers several indoor and outdoor courts. Nearby golf courses are reachable within minutes. A forest is available for jogging, and a children's amusement park is just minutes away.



One pet is allowed on request, with a surcharge and confirmation from the owner. Parking for bicycles and cars is available for an additional fee.
