"The room was clean but very minimal there was no blankets only two pillows not luxury at all bare minimum as well as the amenities. Probably the worst part was pool closes at 6:00 not what I'm used to for all inclusive no room service no music. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the scuba trip ..."

"Check in took quite a while, I think there was a mix up with our swim up room. They sorted it 2 days in. "we booked 2 apts for 4 of us, but one apt had 4 beds !, so no need for 2nd apt , which worked in our favour as 2 adults and 2 kids, only aircon in bedroom worked, fans and aircon in other rooms didn't work, bathroom was grime, kitchen was worse. really unpleasant stay, but it wasn't advertised as ..."
