"Can all of the positive reviews really be accurate? Yes! This is a magical place. Jamie's communication was outstanding. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed. Among our favorite stops were: Gloagburn Farm Shop, Drive up A9 to Aviemore, Dinner at Cairn Lodge, and for me - a day in St. Andrews. "

"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ."

"We had such a lovely stay at the cottage! It was super cozy and had everything we needed, and the hot tub was an absolute dream after a walk around Loch Leven. The scenery was beautiful and so peaceful, jjst whar we needed to switch off for a few days.We also tried a couple of local spots for food - The Muirs Inn was great for a nice meal out, and the pizza at La Cabana was amazing! Everything aboit the trip jjst felt easy and relaxing. Wojld definitely come back again! "

"My daughter and I had a lovely three-night stay in one of the one bedroom cottages. There were so many helpful small touches, like milk in the fridge and body wash in the shower, as well as fresh flowers. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in was friendly. The location is absolutely stunning, although the road is very narrow!"
