"This is a fantastic hotel that I would recommend to all."

"Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly, helpful owners."

"Stunning property, gorgeous & delightfully helpful owners ( Doug & Kay)& in a beautiful part of the country. Close to good restaurants, historical villages & towns. Just a perfect weekend retreat."

"Modern and confortable"

"Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan. Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this? Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . "Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. Everything was most satisfactory and we ended our stay with a delicious full English breakfast which kept us going for quite a while!!! We would recommend a stay there to everyone visiting the area for a peaceful and very comfortable night."

"Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean."

The mattress was so soft it affected the quality of sleep, and the overall condition of the accommodation feels...

"Due to a VRBO double booking, this was a last-minute booking @ around 6:30pm. They welcomed us in with open arms and made the stay most enjoyable. Glad we got double-booked!"

"Excelente hotel. Una sorpresa en el pequeño pueblo de Bury St Edmunds la limpieza, el cuarto y el desayuno. Muy recomendable. "

"Lovely welcome very friendly"

"The perfect place to stay. Easy walking distance into town. Adjacent to the cathedral. Staff were great. The room was very clean and bed amazingly comfortable. Would recommend and will be staying here again."
