You will find a lovely main bedroom with a king bed to ensure you have a restful sleep. The living room is a versatile space that includes a double bed and a floor mattress, making it easy to accommodate extra guests. Our kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and all the cookware and dining essentials you might need. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed for accessibility, featuring wide doorways and easy access to the shower and toilet. For your convenience, we provide free parking on the premises plus additional street parking, along with laundry facilities, high speed wireless internet, and a dedicated workspace.

We are happy to provide free parking on the premises, along with additional free street parking for your convenience. If you would like to request an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Our ground-floor apartment is fully wheelchair accessible with wide doorways and plenty of space. You will have access to free parking on the premises, with additional street parking nearby. To help keep our home peaceful for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. Please remember that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and we are unable to accommodate pets. We are a family-friendly home and love welcoming children of all ages. To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we ask all guests to complete a few simple steps before check-in. After making your reservation, you will receive a separate link to complete everything in one place. This is a separate process from your accommodation payment and includes:

You can choose one of the following:



£500 refundable security deposit - returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue.



OR



A non-refundable damage waiver

Charged at £20 per day, up to a maximum of £45, depending on the length of your stay. The damage waiver helps cover minor accidental damage.
