  • NO SUNDAY CHECK INS , ANY DAY BUT SUNDAY this is called LAKESIDE COTTAGE , we have 2 houses on this property of around 4 acres across the road from the NICKAJACK lake. nestled against the side of the mountain with views of the lake and mountains and interstate 24 is in sight. this is a one bedroom fully furnished so you can live year round or just 2 nights. this is a property of GRANT SUMMIT CABINS. we are around 19 miles from downtown chattanooga. beautiful large trees around and a relaxing atmosphere. plan to build tree houses to rent out in the future. dont forget we have a hot tub to get in after a full day of shopping or hiking. we are close to marion county park to put your boat in the river. and you can fish right across the road
    no sunday check ins , - no smoking inside of any kind- wash dishes---no animals at all--no late check outs----additional check out rules in cabin or cottage

The Lake View was relaxing. The Hot tub was the big reason why we book with these hosts. It was fully functional. We love this area.

Nice little get away

We needed a place to stay quickly as we were going for a funeral. This place was perfect. The hot tub made it very enjoyable for the stay. It was nothing fancy as the house was a little older, but it was perfect for us. Sure beats a hotel!

Exactly as advertised. My fiance and I had a wonderful time. The view of the water from the screened in porch was spectacular. And the hot tub topped everything off.

Charming cabin!

Very clean and well kept house near the lake! Linens and couches were tidy and bathroom space was well kept. Kitchen was spotless when we arrived. The creek running behind the house adds to the serenity of the location. Hot tubs are always a thumbs up too. Great place and good accomodations!

Oldie but Goodie

We stayed for four nights and found this place to be a great, basic accommodation that fit our needs. The location has a little bit of mountain privacy while being just a short drive to town and hiking/climbing areas. The listing is accurate and the hot tub was perfect for two. Don’t expect luxury as the cabin needs a total refresh, but it does have the space and everything one needs for a long stay.

This listing was very accurate to It’s description. A nice , quiet getaway in Tennessee. The only thing I will say that can improve is cleanliness since it is an older home. But other than that, it was a good vacation spot!
