"A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing....

"The property was a perfect location for our train ride at Embasy and easy to get to. The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was very good but Monday was a let down as the buffet style items seem to have run out of hot food at times. We were located in the annexe behind main hotel. Unfortunately these rooms are at the ‘end of the water chain’ both hot and cold ! We couldn’t have a shower etc from 7-30 until about 9 am as nothing came out of the taps.
