Valley Lane is a luxurious, comfortable spacious home in a beautiful peaceful setting, ideal for your family get-togethers or group retreats. It has beautiful gardens, lush with flowers, vegetables, herbs and fruits that you can harvest and use. It is child-friendly for families and also can be configured for couples or for retreats. (5 sleeping rooms - one is a pass-through room - please contact us for a bed diagrams to clarify the layouts). Hardwood floors throughout. 3 bathrooms. Indoor dining table seats 12-16.

Large in-ground 20' x 40' swimming pool recently resurfaced, no charge for pool heat in summer, fall/spring cost varies; hot tub; beautiful vistas of wooded hills; large outdoor table seats 16, plus patios and decks for all to gather and relax.

We ensure an adequate vacancy window between bookings to ensure required time for deep cleaning. On a daily basis, we are working to ensure that our cleaners meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our property’s health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include everything from hand-washing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to guest room and common area cleaning procedures. Cleaning Products and Protocols: Our cleaners use cleaning products and protocols which are effective against viruses, including:
* Guest Rooms: We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
* Public Spaces: We clean and disinfect public spaces, with a focus on the living spaces, kitchens, couches, remotes, door handles, bathrooms and even house keys.
* Towels, linens and pillows: We use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean all of our fabrics between guests.
Our Cleaning Staff – and their own health, safety and knowledge – are essential to an effective cleaning program. Here are some ways we’re supporting them:
* Ongoing Training: In addition to training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols, our cleaning associates are also completing enhanced COVID-19 awareness training.

The property is stunning, the house has everything you need, the kitchen was fully equipped with every gadget required for a gourmet meal. The pool was amazing to have, the hot tub was a killer, the outdoor space was stunning. All in all an incredible experience. The costs do start to add up with pool heating, dogs, etc. so make sure to read the listing in its entirety before committing. The host was very communicative and respectful. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a great getaway with friends. The property is gorgeous and well cared for. Only thing to note is strict quiet hours and no outdoor amplified music allowed.

We found this home to be the perfect spot for our gathering with a group of 40 year old women. The house was clean and stocked with supplies and had plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably as well as have alone moments as needed for phone calls or reading. We were able to pay extra for the pool to be heated and for late checkout. We really enjoyed the proximity to hiking in the redwoods at Armstrong Woods, having dinner catered by a local chef at Quiche & Carry, and a visit from a masseuse. The manager is very strict with the rules but we had no problem following them.

Spent a weekend here with family and friends. The vacation home is beautiful and very tastefully done! Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!

I stayed in this house with my fiancée and ten friends, and it was perfect! The house's interior is very nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The front and back yards are gorgeous with fruit trees / vegetable plants (that guests are allowed to eat while staying there), places to quietly sit and read, a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics - we cooked all our dinners at the house - and there are both indoor and outdoor tables that comfortably seat 12 people. It's in a quiet neighborhood less than five minutes from Armstrong Redwood State Park and downtown Guerneville. David was very nice and quick to answer my questions while we were preparing for the trip. We loved our time at the house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in the Russian River area!

We loved the property, especially the pool and backyard garden area. We did a ton of cooking and were able to use many of the herbs and the outdoor seating area. We loved staying at David's property! It's well maintained and easy to find / settle into. There are spaces for 12 adults to sleep comfortably including lots of extra sheets and towels. The hot tub was a great touch on a slightly cool day, and the house's proximity to both parks and wineries couldn't be beat. The kitchen was super well stocked other than a few cooking staples (but we left our oil and seasonings behind for whoever is up next!) but that wasn't a major problem at all. David was communicative and accommodating as well, which was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful weekend at Valley Lane getting together with a bunch of friends. The space was wonderful for relaxing with a large group, and variety of sleeping options was perfect. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area, pool, and hot tub.

We are delighted with this place. There was more space for us than we thought! The house is decorated beautifully. The ammenities were perfect for our large group. The beds were super comfortable, there were enough beds for everyone. Great parking space, enough for 5-6 cars. The garden fruits and veggies were delicious. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top. And the host was a great communicator, always replied in a timely manner and helped us with all our requests. They even checked on us while we were at the house. The instructions were detailed and covered everything we needed. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we can!

Only slightly annoyed that local noise rules forced us to cancel the college marching band, the Civil War cannon competition and the midnight fireworks display, but otherwise a perfectly enjoyable weekend get-away. The house was nicely appointed, well-stocked with every kitchen gadget you would ever want and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very much enjoyed the rustic neighborhood. The agent was attentive and courteous. The owner might wanna work on the lights, though. Quite a few were out. We'll recommend the place, for sure.

Great place! Loved all the space and the well-stocked kitchen and the pool and the peacefulness. Loved the fruit and veggies available from the garden. One small issue to be aware of--lots of honeybees in pool --two of us got stung. Otherwise fantastic stay!
