Report was nice . we booked two rooms. Both being the same one room is drastically larger than the other. When we asked for our other room to be changed, they denied it saying it was the same.

ESJ Beach Hotel
This was an unacceptable experience. Check in was at 4 and the room was not ready until 5. We were then provided keys that did not work and did not have a remote to control the air.
