The location is ideal: it is a 5 minute walk from Colegio Aleman humbolt, surrounded by many Restaurants, Caffes and Grocery stores; It includes all appliances you need to have a pleasant stay.

- Kitchen fully equipped includes a stove, microwave, freezer, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, pots & pans.
- Dining table big enough for hosting a dinner or entertaining.
-You are free to use all our appliances to cook meals if you would like to save money on food!
-Our contemporary style bathroom overall adds the quality to this space.
-Clean fresh towels.
-Private Patio-Landry Room (Washing machine)
- Smoking inside the room is not allowed!

Other things to note
Parking:
The Suite includes a small garage. If you car doesn't fit inside, you can park your car rigth in front of the suite (like all the neighboors do) or we can get you a bigger parking spot at 15 steps-walk form the suite's door. =)
