Luxurious apartment for 2 people (non-smoking apartment):

The apartment consists of a bedroom (double room), kitchen, bathroom, living room and has a balcony with a fantastic direct sea view. A short walk through a pine forest separates you from the apartment and the beach. The sandy beach (about 6 km long) can be reached comfortably within 5-10 minutes. The plant is in 1. Line!

The apartment is fully equipped. In addition to microwave, refrigerator incl. Freezer, stove incl. Oven, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, all necessary utensils (cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pots, bed linen, towels, etc.) are available. There is also free WiFi access (secured) available.

In the apartment complex there is a spacious pool area (3 pools). For questions, information or Help is a German, English and Spanish concierge (on the weekdays) on site. In addition to the entrance portal, there is the option of dining regionally and internationally in an upscale restaurant. The apartment complex is accessible for senior citizens as well as wheelchair users (ramp and elevator).

The complex is located in the Residence Portico Mar (south of Guardamar) in a very idyllic and charming environment (pine forest, sand dunes). Portico Mar is located on the Costa Blanca. The easiest way to get there is via Alicante Airport. From here either by taxi, bus or, best of all, a rental car (we are happy to give you a recommendation here). In this region you will find the mildest and healthiest healing climate in Europe (more than 300 sunny days per year).

There is a regular bus connection to Guardamar with other connections. However, we recommend that you use a rental vehicle during your stay. Various shops, restaurants, ambulance, port, the typical Spanish markets and much more. are in Guardamar or Torrevieja very close.

Appartement très agréable

Nous venons de passer deux semaines à Guardamar del Segura. L'appartement est très bien situé. Vous avez une vue 50% pinède et 50 % sur le littoral méditerranéen à perte de vue. Le salon est très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée. La salle de bain a une grande douche et très propre. La chambre est composée de deux lits en 90/190 collés très confortables. L'appartement est très calme. Par contre il faut savoir qu'il n'y a qu'un seul split de climatisation dans le salon et que donc pour rafraichir la chambre il faut vraiment laisser allumé longtemps. Nous avons réussi à faire baisser la température à 26° uniquement dans la chambre.

El apartamento es muy bueno pero tiene un pequeño fallo no tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación y se pasa calor por lo demás es genial ,unas vistas muy buenas y una tranquilidad buenísima ,se lo recomiendo a todos el que quiera ir a descansar,se respira paz ,tiene unas piscinas limpias y controladas en todo momento por un socorristas geniales

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und weisst einen sehr hohen Standard aus. Es gibt einen Wintergarten welchen mann bei jedem Wetter geniessen kann. An Austattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Hausherrin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um Alles wenn man ein Anliegen/Frage hat. Die Ankunft und Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir konnten diese Wohnung in vollen Zügen geniessen. Einfach nur Empfehlenswert!

A quiet place to stay

This is our third stay here and everything was very good. We have our own car at airport so keep garden type chairs in our car but I feel a couple of chairs for use round the pool would be beneficial. The view from the balcony is lovely and the smell of the pine trees is amazing. The only downside to staying here which is not the owners fault is the lack of cafes within walking distance but there is a bus stop at end of road which goes into Guardamar and stops in several places. We had a lovely 3 weeks here and hope to come again. A car is essential.
