It took a while to check in as they were having issues with the computer? When they checked us in, the room had different towels. They state that they have 24 room service and we called and said it was a 45 minute wait, we accepted but after an hour we called and they had not put it in for the kitchen to make, I went downstairs to see if they just serve it, but they insisted that they would deliver it, after the 2nd hours, we had to go downstairs and ask once more. The cook was alone taking orders and cooking. We heard him making food and once he brought it, it was overcooked/ burned.
The experience was not good, but we wanted to be positive it the next day, the cleaning had not begun until 3pm.
I don’t think this location should be a VIP. The lack of customer service is not there and we got a voucher for what should of been wine and we were told we could only get lemonade.
I would not recommend
