Room has good insulation, didn't turn heat on. Good blankets. Attempted hotel wifi, but it didn't work and not that important. Beware there is no wifi or cell coverage once you go inside Joshua Tree NP. It is the wilderness isolation you traveled for."

To check in early, you had to pay an extra $40.00, and since we were from out of town and arrived early, we had to wait a couple of hours.
