**Living & Well-Being**
The open living area with an integrated living-dining-kitchen is the heart of the apartment. Here you can cook, eat, and relax in a bright and inviting atmosphere. There’s also a TV available in the living area. The high-quality furnishings highlight the modern character of the new building and create a fresh, inviting atmosphere. From here, you have direct access to the rooftop terrace, which adds a beautiful outdoor space to your vacation on the Baltic Sea.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The vacation rental features two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping spots. The first bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and also has a TV. This makes the apartment ideal for couples, small families, or vacations with friends. A high chair is also available.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The modern bathroom with a sauna offers you additional comfort for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea. After a walk along the promenade or a day at the beach, you can enjoy soothing warmth and relaxing moments right in your vacation apartment.

**Family-Friendly**
With two bedrooms, a practical floor plan, and a high chair provided, the apartment is well-suited for families. Its barrier-free design also makes it particularly comfortable for seniors.

**Note on the Surroundings**
There is currently a construction site directly behind the house. This may occasionally result in noise and obstructed views in the immediate vicinity. This circumstance has already been factored into the pricing and does not entitle you to further requests for a rent reduction.

**Services & Extras**
There is an elevator in the building. Your apartment includes an underground parking space. Please note that the maximum clearance height is 2.10 meters. The apartment features a separate storage room, where a washer and dryer are also available for your use. Guests who value allergy-friendly amenities will feel especially at home here. The underground garage also features a lockable bike storage room with charging stations for bicycles. A ventilation system and a solar power system are part of the project.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

MeerNah Grömitz is located right in the heart of Grömitz. The fine Baltic Sea beach and the promenade are only about 400 meters away. The spa gardens are also just a short walk away. Cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops are all nearby, making your stay especially enjoyable. The pier, the marina, the “Grömitzer Welle,” and the Noah’s Ark Zoo ensure a varied and enjoyable vacation on the Baltic Sea.
