"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, especially for the price. We were going to a concert at the Macon Auditorium and was less than 3 miles away. The breakfast was okay, staff was friendly."

"The front door was blocked by trucks doing work. The first room we were given smelled like smoke. The second room we were given had the window open because someone burned popcorn in the room. Neither room had a tub and that was the reason I chose the hotel. The desk person checking us in was extremely excellent. The woman checking us out was rude. They refused to give us a discount because of no tub and the burnt smell. We will never stay at this hotel again. I paid $180.00 to stay for 1 night. "

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the "Lisa", she was very warm and accommodating, giving us better directions, to get to our Event. Plenty of parking and well lit. The breakfast was OK, not great, eggs were overcooked, oatmeal watery and bananas were not ripe, very good coffee. Overall experience was good, would return."

"We had to leave our car in an alley. Then, go up a stairwell to our room to get our parking code for access to their garage. We were required to park on an upper level, then get our bags and walk down a steep hill in the garage. We then had to walk our bags back to the hotel before going up a steep narrow stairwell. Why not provide the parking code with the room code? The tv remote did not work and requests for assistance were not responded to. All that said, the room was nice and the...

"Poor customer service. I arrived 1pm for a 3pm check in. Was informed room was ready but they would have to charge me $20 for early check in. Earliest for free would be 2pm. I was early, but mind this: 10 cars in parking lot, several had to belong to staff. Basically empty, and room was ready. So I sat in their lobby reading for an hour. Good customer service would’ve let the $20 slide since I’m a previous customer at another location. Then, about dinner time, 2 bus loads of teenagers arrive...
