"booked two rooms for 3 people and wasnt disappointed on my return visit to this place. Clean and ideally placed for preston city centre. Easy local parking and highly recommended"

"We stayed at no10 for 2 nights, and had a lovely stay.
We stayed in the Kensington suite and it was perfect.
Lovely and clean
Very spacious
Comfortable beds & pillows
And great location
Overall we had a wonderful time
The only downside was the WiFi strength however the room we stayed in was downstairs towards the back of the property which I think was the reason why it was so weak, however this did not dampen our stay one bit."

"Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am.
From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. "

"Great accommodation a short walk from the train station and town centre in Preston. It had a homely feel and felt private, with a good level of cleanliness. It was easy to contact the host, who clearly cared about us having a good stay. Would return!"

"Great location and place for family. Our little girls had a great time. Playground was amazing addition to our trip and they enjoyed it very much. Lot's of things to do in surrounding areas with children, so would definitely recommend this place. The only downside for us was missing some comfy outdoor chairs and big pot in a kitchen. Other than that, very happy 😊"

"Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK.
The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern.
Nothing to do for children.
Wouldn't stay again."
