Vacances avec toutes la famille

Belle maison qui permet d'être nombreux tous en ayant chacun son espace. Pouvoir passez de la foule des plages à un lieux retirer aux calme de tous et profitez de sa propre piscine.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Es ist traditionell eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist ein besonderes Highlight. Eine Beschattung am Pool wäre noch zu empfehlen. Das große Grundstück traf unseren Geschmack, es ist ein Naturgrundstück. Auch die Lage ist top, mittendrin und trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre.Vielen lieben Dank an Fanny und Familie, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.

Excellent Holiday

My family and I had an excellent holiday at this property. It was clean and spacious and provided a private and relaxing holiday for all. We will not hesitate to book this property again in the future. The only thing that was dissappointing was that there was no WiFi available.

2 semaines à la mer

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines en famille à Port-Grimaud. La maison est très bien située, proche de la plage et de toutes commodités. Le terrain offre une grande intimité et permet de se sentir totalement à l’écart du monde. La maison est bien pratique pour deux familles car chacun a son espace.

Schöne Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist schön gross, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der sehr grosse Garten ist toll für die Kinder. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird regelmässig gereinigt. Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 7 Minuten im Dorf Port Grimaud und in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand. Wir empfehlen das Objekt von Herzen weiter.

Perfekt für Familie mit Kindern

Große Villa auf einem riesigen Naturgrundstück mit tollem (Salzwasser-) Pool. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken und es ist viel Platz zum Spielen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern. Zentral gelegen, Strand, Innenstadt von Port Grimaud sind fußläufig erreichbar. Bäckerei vor der Haustür. Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin verläuft reibungslos. Im Hochsommer wären eine Klimaanlage und Mückengitter in den Schlafzimmern wünschenswert. Insgesamt empfehlenswert. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Einfach toll

Das Haus ist wunderschön mit vielen gemütlichen Plätzen zum draußen Verweilen. Ein Highlight ist natürlich der Pool, der oft, völlig unbemerkt, am Morgen gereinigt wird. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Bäckerei in ca. 3 Minuten Entfernung. Auch das Meer, Supermärkte und Grimaud mit vielen Restaurants und Läden sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank Fanny für diesen herrlichen Urlaub.

La nostra impressione del soggiorno è tutto sommato positiva, per la buona posizione, la dimensione e il fascino della grande casa e la piscina. Dobbiamo però segnalare che:1. La mancanza del condizionatore durante alcune notti caldissime si è fatta sentire;2. Il grande terreno intorno alla casa non è curato, senza luci esterne e quindi non fruibile;3. Il bagno completo con doccia è solo uno, poi c'è un wc in un piccolo ripostiglio senza areazione e una sala da bagno con vasca.

Platz im Überfluss

Sehr charmante, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Allem, was man während eines Aufenthaltes so brauchen kann. Die Nähe zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße kann als störend empfunden werden, hat unseren Urlaub aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Der neue Pool ist das absolute Highlight auf diesem riesigen Anwesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Übergaben waren absolut problemlos. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Fantastisches Anwesen

Mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Teenagern bewohnten wir ein großzügig und sehr schön geschnittenes Ferienhaus mit Möglichkeiten, zu allen Tageszeiten rund um das Haus draußen zu sitzen. Sehr große Räume, zwei Bäder, separates WC, sehr sauber und komplett und modern eingerichtet. Weg zum Strand 1 km, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Gemauerter Grill im Außenbereich der Villa mit einem riesigen Grundstück, umzäunt von Pflanzen,, einem Zaun und verschließbarem Tor, so dass man wirklich "für sich" sein konnte. Straße sehr nah, stört aber in keinster Weise. Bäcker und Obsthändler in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr gute Betreuung durch die Vermieter - problemlose Übergabe und Einweisung, ebenso bei der Abreise. Sehr großzügige Handhabung der Abreisezeit. Sehr gutes Preis-/ Leistungs-Verhältnis, angemessene Kaution. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

LOCATION TROP CHER PAS DE CLIMATISATION NI WIFI

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacances à cet endroit. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et très réactifs. Avions un problème avec la TV et ils ont fait rapidement le nécessaire. Pour nous il y avait beaucoup de points négatifs. Certes la maison est très grande mais cela ne fait pas tout. La maison est située tout près de la départementale 599, une route bruyante du matin jusqu'au soir. Très dangereux de traverser la route pour se rendre à Port Grimaud, Le passage piéton est presque invisible, les voitures roulent vite. Bien que la propriété dispose d'un énorme terrain, il s'avère inutilisable pour nous. La piscine est un Plus, dommage que les bords du liner ne sont pas nettoyés. Le mobilier extérieur devrait être changé. Beaucoup de moustiques.

The location itself, with its proximity to St. Tropez and the enchanting Port Grimaud, proved to be a true treasure trove of discovery. Exploring the narrow streets and charming canals of Port Grimaud was an adventure in itself. In conclusion, our stay was a memorable experience. It provided the ideal escape for relaxation, with its cozy ambiance, a refreshing pool for the kids, and the genuine kindness of the hostess and her mother. If you're seeking a place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Côte d'Azur, this holiday home is an excellent choice.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen

Gute Lage an der Straße und dennoch ruhig. Gute Ausstattung und schöner Pool. Sonnenschutz dort wäre schön. Und ein wunderschöner Blauregen vor dem Eingang führt schnell zu Verschmutzungen im Haus. Gut für Radfahrer. Auto entbehrlich.

Alumni-Treffen

Wir (Sieben Ingenieure, die alle am selben Institut promovierten) treffen uns jedes Jahr für eine Woche. Wir hatten dieses Jahr im April eine phantastische Woche in einem super Haus. Großes Grundstück, geschätzt ca. 5000 m², mit Pool, Terrassen rund um das Haus, so daß man jederzeit in der Sonne sitzen konnte, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, vier große Schlafzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche und alle Nachbarn weit weg!! Wetter war auch gut, etwas kühl und anfangs Mistral aber zum Ende der Woche perfekt. Mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen, z.B. Strand von Port Grimaud, Hafen von St. Tropez, Club 55 am Strand von Pampelonne, Gorges du Verdon,.. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
