after check-out, I have to leave my baggage in the hotel for a while to do my own business, the reception was very nice she let the security guiding me to the storage room.

This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant.
