Cook your own meals At night in the partial kitchen. Enjoy the outdoors with the outdoor table on the deck outside the unit. When using 2 beds in the studio, room is obviously reduced a little but still functions well as a one room studio plus bathroom. Shantytown Heritage park a favourite for tourists is only a short 3 km drive down the road along with a number of walk tracks, bike tracks and other tourist locations. Also if you are stuck and need some washing done Melia will wash, dry and fold your washing on site for 5$ a load. (Dependant on us being home, although we generally around).
Located close to the rugged west coast beach if you fancy a stroll along our unique shoreline and across the road is the coastal wilderness cycle track that spans a fair bit of the west coast coastline. If you ask nicely we even have a couple of mountain bikes we will be able to borrow you to go for a ride. There is a great local family restaurant and bar and also the local dairy across the road too. If you feel like relaxing and just having takeaways there is also the famous in Greymouth 4Js Fish and chip shop with in walking distance.
The guest unit is separate to the main house and is located at the back of our landscaped property. You access guest house by walking up main drive way and going through gate at left of main house and the guesthouse is there at the back of the section.
