"Greshornish was a beautiful spot however the location was quite remote and the driveway to get to the property was approximately 2.5 miles long and full of pot holes. It definitely could use some maintenance. The room was clean and large and the staff friendly. Breakfast was good but overpriced. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was very good."

"A busy local pub with simple clean basic rooms, ‘Hotel’ is a bit rich. Overwhelmed by tourism on. Friday night with a heaving bar, live music and constant stream of people looking for supper, it’s heroic staff were great. As a resident I was found a very late sitting supper which was expensive and of modest quality. The rooms have cardboard walls. Breakfast was well served but again very modest, no fresh fruit, yoghourt one waitress. Clean, good staff, but poor value for money"

"The view from the fairy glen was outstanding. However one sauna is not in use and the other is by reservation only. We could not get a reservation so we were unable to use these. Our cabins floor was in pretty rough condition when walking in, it almost felt like you would walk through the floor like it was water damaged. Housekeeping left someone else’s water bottle on the floor and took our towels, but left one dirty one and did not replace them with clean towels. They also did not replace...

"I had an amazing stay at Hame Hotel on the Isle of Skye. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and well organized, making our stay very easy. The location is stunning and very central for exploring the island. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a great common area with an honesty bar that is well stocked. "The property was clean and as expected for a 3 star. Unfortunately we could not communicate with the host the day before checkin and the day of checkin. We escalated the day before with Expedia because the phone numbers did not work. The cell provided on checkin instructions rung someone in UK, he had no clue what I was asking. The land line number never answered. We also sent an email morning of checkin to Sykes cottages, no response. I sent a message using the contact property feature...
