Modern vacation apartment in the middle of Greifswald's old town

A warm welcome to our guests! We offer two modern, fully equipped vacation apartments in downtown Greifswald. The larger of our apartments is located on the second floor of the nearly 300-year-old front building and offers 42 square meters of space for up to three guests. We’ve ensured optimal comfort and plenty of space to relax after an eventful day in Greifswald and the surrounding area, as the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. The smaller apartment is located in a separate building in the courtyard; it measures 32 square meters and accommodates 2 guests. The apartments are located in a private residential and commercial building right in the heart of Greifswald’s pedestrian zone. The sights of the university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald are just a few meters away, including the market square with its town hall and old brick houses, the Pomeranian State Museum, the churches of Greifswald, and more. You can enjoy the view of St. Mary’s Church from the living room as well as from the cozy terrace of your vacation apartment—whether over a leisurely breakfast or during a long conversation on balmy evenings. The vacation apartments offer you all the amenities of downtown life. A large parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity for 1 € per day. The larger vacation apartment was newly renovated in 2011, and the house in the garden was newly built in 2013 using high-quality building materials. In the adjoining romantic courtyard, both apartments share a well-maintained garden with patio furniture and a grill. The vacation apartments welcome guests year-round, and long-term renters are also warmly welcome here.
