On my next stay of 5 days at Baymont, some things were good, some not so good. Breakfast was still good. Rooms were clean, but our bathroom had a leak coming out of bathroom tiles.The whole area near the bathroom was wet and a mess. It looked as though the leak was there for a while but no one seems to have fixed it.
The hotel took a deposit of $50.00 on checking in. As bad luck would have it, my credit card used in the transaction was cancelled for some other reason after 2 days. The initial charge of 50.00 for the depositwent through, but when the hotel returned the 50.00 to the same credit card, the credit obviously didn’t get through as the card itself was closed by then. I told this to the front desk while checking out, but they didn’t do anything about it. The $50.00 has still not been credited to me.
