`Irving Manor` boasts contemporary living in the highly sought after New Irving Park area with a private saltwater pool and a large treed lot that backs up to a small neighborhood lake.

Our stunning custom home boasts a picturesque exterior with lush landscaping, a covered front porch, and a fenced backyard offering water views of the lake. Dive into our luxury inground pool and relax.

Inside, vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create an airy ambiance.

Our main level features a wonderful living area for entertaining, a stone fireplace, a primary suite with dual full baths, walking shower and jetted garden tub, and a second bedroom.

Entertain effortlessly in the formal dining area adjacent to the gourmet kitchen equipped with gas cooktops and double ovens. Additional highlights include built-in shelves, a large bonus room, a large deck, a stone patio, a large garage and conveniently located near shopping and dining.

Paid guests will receive a unique code that will work for them for the duration of their stay.

We are accessible 24/7 but we give our guests privacy while they enjoy our home. We will not visit or interact with you on-site unless a visit is needed.

We are in the highly sought after New Irving Park area. Our neighborhood is mostly custom homes with large, treed lots. We are a GREAT neighborhood for nice long walks. We are also conveniently located to many options for shopping and dining.
