Indigo House with private pool, dock slip, & house generator on Green Turtle Cay

Indigo House is a wonderful place to relax at Green Turtle Cay. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, there is plenty of room for the whole party to relax, unwind, get ready for the day, or wind down for the night.

The covered back porch is perfect for sitting and watching boats come and go in White Sound. Our private pool is perfect for cooling off and soaking up the sunshine. With an open floor plan, you're able to cook, entertain, and enjoy everyone's company the entire time. We have all brand new stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen with beautiful porcelain countertops, a large deep sink, and packed with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and everything we could think of one might need if preparing a meal there. The house is cooled with 4 mini-splits that can be adjusted to individual preferences per bedroom. The washer and dryer are located in the main part of the house for easy access for laundering. We offer a 70" flat screen TV in the living room and TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. We have Starlink for internet. At full capacity, it works great. All the teens/kids/and adults were satisfied with the internet speed. A whole house generator is located on the property to offset any power outages. The house is located in White Sound just around the corner from the Bluff House. It comes with a private dock slip with water and 30/50 amp power just down the hill from the house. The slip has been dredged to accommodate a 4' draft at low tide.

We had a wonderful time at Indigo House! Everything was perfect! The house was clean, spacious, well equipped with anything we needed. The caretaker, Gavin, was very helpful during our stay. The dock is just a short walk from the house. Can’t wait to go back!

Love the Indigo House!!!!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Indigo House, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a sense of privacy and relaxation.One of the highlights of our visit was the caretaker, Gavin. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything was in order and that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His friendly demeanor added to the welcoming atmosphere of the house.The Indigo House holds a special place in our memories, and we can't wait to return next summer. It's the perfect getaway spot, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful property on Green Turtle

We’ve been vacationing in the Abacos for 20+ years but this was our first time staying on Green Turtle. The house seemed freshly rebuilt/remodeled, everything was brand new and nice. This was the first house we’ve never had AC problems at in 20 years, so good job with the system you installed! House worked great for our party of 8. Gavin the property manager was awesome and helped us unload/load the boat from the dock. We had a great time and would rebook without hesitation. The only two downsides at all, were the house does not have a back up generator, the power went out a lot during the week of the 4th so we were without power a good bit. It didn’t interfere bad as we were gone most the day each day, but it did go out a few times while cooking breakfast and we had to wait 45+ minutes to resume cooking. We know the power grid isn’t the best there so that was to be expected a little bit. Other thing was the entire slip is not dredged at 4 feet. If you dock stern in, there is a shallow hump on the port side bow by the piling that is only 2 feet at low tide. I couldn’t get my center console out, we actually had to wait for the tide to come in as we were stuck on bottom. We ended up using the slip next to the assigned one and docking bow in, and had no problems the rest of the week. Neither of those were a huge problem and didn’t interfere with our good time. Would recommend this house!

Great Stay

Wonderful house. Beds are comfortable with a variety of pillows. I love to cook so having kitchen essentials was super key. Ice machine in fridge/freezer worked well. Plenty of paper towels and garbage bags. Which is huge on an island. Gaven, the caretaker was attentive but not intrusive. He handled cleaning the pool and trash removal. He even met us at the boat upon arrival and helped us unload!! Owners were super easy to deal with during changing weather and scenarios. Starlink worked great. There was nothing broken in the house. Excellent location and nice and quiet. Its possible that the house next door might be rebuilt very soon.

This place is awesome for any fishermen. The dock is located very close to the house and next door to bluff house. The house is brand new inside and has a pool as a bonus.
