"This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in my memory. Staff fantastic, room great, and we arrived after 5pm to check in and they have a little free buffet with 3 free alcoholic drinks per adult, food was outstanding. Then came the free breakfast in the morning another surprise how many choices and everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Will actually try to find one to stay on my next trip"

"Not a bad place to sleep and shower at. Checkin was smooth, decent continental breakfast that stays stocked, friendly enough staff. Room came with pot, pan, colander, a knife, veggie peeler, cooking spoon, slotted spoon and spatula. Only 3 forks though and no spoons. I made spaghetti for a dinner. Had one issue where one of the 2 room keys we brought to breakfast didnt work, I went to the office to fix it. The lady there told me she actived this one and the other was deactivated. Im not sure why...

"Hotel staff was amazing! The gals at the front desk were super friendly all throughout the trip!
The breakfast was very delightful, and they changed the protein courses throughout our stay, which was nice (links, bacon, sliced sausage, eggs)
The rooftop pool is very cool to go up to! The view was awesome, though I do wish it were open a little later to catch a late-night swim and to see the night lights more clearly!
Lots of tourists who attend the cruises that depart from Tampa stayed here,...

"to start, i asked if room was handicap friendly. Yes, they all are, I was told. so they put me on the 3rd floor with 1 broken elevator and the other worked most of the time. floors were sticky but everything was folded properly ...... not counting the power and internet going off for 20+ minutes....... never again and I will be sending a message direct to corporate."

"My husband had a problem with our reservation saying that we didn’t have a room booked with them and sent us to another Country Inn Suites down the road.( I called them on the way stating that we would be late arriving, confirmed all was good). Long story short…Thank goodness the staff found our reservation where we paid in full for the room contacted the hotel and gave them the information for them to figure it out. We went back to the original Country Inn Suites supposedly the reservation...
