A tastefully remodeled condo on the slopes of Holiday Valley, closest to the chair lift. With the ability to ski in and ski out of this unit, your winter experience is sure to be memorable. For the spring, summer, and fall, you’ll find this to be a quaint location right above the golf course, and close to downtown Ellicottville, the ropes course, mountain coaster, and pools at Holiday Valley.

Featuring a completely remodeled condo, showcasing a unique green kitchen design with quartz countertops leading to a waterfall edge, all new appliances, and a built-in wine rack. The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, Samsung frame tv on a swivel mount to enhance your viewing experience, a coffee table that expands to comfortably seat up to 6 for meals or cards/games.

Inside the bedroom you’ll find a comfortable queen size bed, tv, one of two patio doors, and a ceiling fan. We also have a cot that can be used, if needed, and a pack and play and kids kitchen dinnerware, again if needed.

Additional features to highlight include: a complimentary bottle of wine included with your stay for those over the age of 21, a complimentary coffee and tea variety, WiFi, washer and dryer within the building, tennis rackets to use at the complex’s tennis courts, outdoor Adirondack chairs to enjoy the serenity, and air conditioning (June through September).

Noteworthy: This unit is on the side of the mountain and includes several stairs to access the unit. The ski in and ski out feature is contingent on the operating status of the lifts at Holiday Valley; however, there is a free shuttle service from the unit to the base of Holiday Valley.
