Our favorite location!

We had incredible skiing conditions over this holiday weekend. We liked having access to the ski lockers, as well as deck for ski storage. The unit was welcoming, and the location was perfect. Also loved the hooks to hang gloves to dry!

Summer Weekend

Nice location near Holliday Valley, Ellicottville and many hiking areas. Condo was well maintained and accommodated our family well. Only challenge was AC wasn’t as comfortable for the hot weekend. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great place to stay with friends!

This property is in a great location. The lift near the building was closed, but you could still ski back home, which made it convenient. Bunk room was perfect for the kids, leaving the two bedrooms for the adult couples.

March break ski trip

The property was nice. It had everything we needed. A good space for 2 families of 4. The ski hill was about a 3 min walk from room. It was either a blue or black hill (2 options) to get to the chairlift.

We had a wedding at the Holiday valley lodge & our stay was very close & easy to get to. I didnt know there wasnt air conditioning, but thankfully it didnt get too hot. The place had everything we needed. Thank You

Ski trip for 8 gentlemen went well. Snow cover left a great deal to be desired but condo was as described. The electric grill is inadequate for real grilling

Spa weekend

We really enjoyed the quiet comfort of our stay! Not being ski season we were the only tenants in the building. The outside deck allowed us to enjoy midday sunshine and the gas fireplace chased away the evening chill and created nice ambiance. Full size equipment in the kitchen, the air fryer a wonderful surprise. Great layout and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. Host was very responsive with our questions. Quick drive into town. Highly recommend!

Cozy get-a-way

Just popped in for 3 nights to ski with our three kids. Temps fell too low to ski the second day, but we stayed cozy in this condo and enjoyed the fireplace. Slept great in the master king bed…. Going to try and find that same mattress for our own home. This condo is overall a good value. The only downside was that there wasn’t enough snow for the Sunrise lift to be open, so we couldn’t ski in and out of our condo. But the resort provides a complimentary shuttle which worked just fine for us.
