Parking One free parking garage space is included, subject to vehicle height and width clearance. The garage is directly behind the building, but the space requires climbing two sets of stairs, including a narrow staircase. It is not handicap accessible and may be difficult with heavy luggage. Paid street parking may be available for loading and unloading, but spaces are not guaranteed. Garage rules apply, and guests accept responsibility as outlined in the parking terms.

Cigarette Butts: Please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trash bins located outside the parking garage. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or dispose of them inside the property. Additional cleaning costs may be requested through Airbnb if necessary due to excessive cleanup.
Pets: No pets are permitted on the property, subject to applicable Airbnb policies regarding assistance animals.
Parties & Gatherings: Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Only guests included in the reservation or approved by the host may be on the property.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours out of consideration for neighbors.
