"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid

"This was a very quiet place to stay, in a good location to explore Cambridge & the fens around there. The village itself was great, with a fantastic restaurant (Lot25) and an incredibly interesting church in terms of interior. "I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation.
