Situated a 15 minutes’ drive from the well-serviced lake resort of Gravedona, families and groups are perfectly placed for soaking up a well-rounded self-catering holiday stay.

Inside, the WIFI-enabled 1st floor apartment oozes an inviting contemporary ambience. Effortlessly blending with timeless lake-mountain view scenery, the open plan Living space sets the scene for memorable entertaining! The chic sitting area is accompanied by a modern Kitchen Diner and flat screen TV, whilst an adjoining alfresco dining terrace invites guests to soak up the breath-taking views.

Flexible family-friendly accommodation is another welcome feature of this holiday apartment. A Master Double bedroom with lake views and luxury En-suite is complemented by a Double sofa bed to the Living room and a 2nd bedroom featuring 2 Single beds and a partial lake view balcony. The surrounding hillside offers plenty of peace and quiet, as well as a direct road links down to the north-western lakeshore resort towns and villages.

The quaint hillside village of Germasino is home to a bank and two authentic eateries (one of which serves great Italian ice cream!). The family-friendly resort amenities of Dongo (11 minutes’ drive), Gravedona (15 minutes’ drive) and Domaso (17 minutes’ drive) are all within easy driving distance. The proximity to the touristic Central Lake (26 minutes’ drive) and the Italian Ski resort of Madesimo (83 minutes’ drive) makes this location a great year-round holiday base.

Local outdoor activities to enjoy include hiking, cycling, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, camping and power boat rentals. Guests can enjoy some timeless sightseeing moments too; with day trips to the Central Lake resort towns of Menaggio, Varenna and Bellagio. Further afield, guests can enjoy excursions and tours to Como, Milan, Lugano and St Moritz.

Lage OK

Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Küche vollständig. Sinnvoll ist eine Belegung bis 4, weil Schlafsofa unbequem und faktisch das ganze Hauptzimmer einnehmend. Tiefgarage und Zufahrt zu Germasino sehr eng, aber auch mit Audi A6 machbar. Mit Übung ist braucht man mit dem Auto weniger als 10min bis nach Dongo / Gravedonna ans Seeufer bzw. zu einem Supermarkt. Pool ist sehr schön. Terrasse großzügig mit einem schönen Blick auf den See.

Nice apparment and great view!

Good pool, nice view. A little bit far away from the (good) restaurants and supermarket but the appartment is great! Everything is there. Kitchen wear, towels etc are more then enough availible.

Ort, Wohnung gut. Nur Organisation :/..

Wohnung sehr gut. Ort auch. Wetter super. Nachteile: kein Empfang beim Ankommen. Muss man Quest selbst durchgehen, telefonische Unterstützung nur auf englisch. Niemand sagte, dass Name der Wohnung sehr wichtig ist..und wo man den findet.
