"This area is great, anything you could need or want there are a ton of stores right there. Staff is super nice."

"This property has live plants everywhere and it is so refreshing!! In the pool area there are potted plants and a shower to rinse off!! You never see that at hotels! The only negative thing I will bring up is the parking and the outside sitting area. You have to park pretty far from the front (only about 15 spaces up front) There is not much sitting space outside like other Comfort Inn and Suites in the area."

"My stay at TownPlace Hotel was very comfortable. If you are in the area for awhile this hotel is better than an Airbnb. My family and I stayed for an entire week and it was a perfect fit for us. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials that you need, just purchase food to prepare (Walmart is walking distance). When you bring any matter to their attention, they do their best to make you comfortable. They went out of their way to add new options for breakfast. If you do...

"The room was really nice and updated. A few of the floor tiles were cracked and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom but overall it was in good condition. Breakfast was good and the lobby was clean and staff was friendly. "

"This place was awesome. It was uniquely located on the university campus, which was beautiful. It provided great amenities, and I liked the convenience of the bar/restaurant. It was also SO close to public transit- it was maybe a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The room was comfortable, modern, and super clean. Staff was lovely. "
