All fenced in with a gated driveway & also a separate fenced in turf yard to comfortably enjoy the patio and yard without worry. We are always updating the home from past guests recommendations & strive to provide the best stay possible!

Spacious 1 bed, 1 bath brand new custom built home. Some of the unique features of our home are; a large kitchen island with seating, open shelving that wraps around the kitchen, turf putting green in the backyard space (putters & balls provided), shiplap vaulted ceilings & concrete floors throughout the entire home, large sliding barn doors, a walk-in wall tiled shower & a cozy King Bedroom complete with a TV & walk-in closet. The garage attached to the home is NOT accessible for parking in, because it is the designated laundry room.

We have comfortable parking for 1 standard car, if you are towing or have more cars than that, message us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy on the property & in the home. If home is left with any smell of smoke (including marijuana) you will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee.


The property has 2 homes on it & the parking spaces/area & driveway are shared with other guests.

As shown on the map & also noted on the listing (potential for traffic noise) the home is located right in town - we do provide ear plugs, portable fans, & a sound machine for anyone who may be extra sensitive to road noise.

LANDSCAPING - We have a landscaper come once a week to the property to maintenance all landscaping on Tuesdays after 10am.
